I can download new apps and when I delete them and try download again there is cloud symbol and I can't download them. When I click cloud the symbol change to circle I.e. Download start but in a 1sec. (eye blink) it change to cloud again. In new apps when I click install they change to circle and after circles get fully dark I have them.
